the service

lastbase provides managed Postgres-compatible database instances. You get a connection string. We handle power, disks, restarts, patching, and backups.

your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for keeping them secret. One subscription entitles you to one running instance. Cancel anytime; access ends at the close of the paid period.

acceptable use

• Don't use lastbase to attack, probe, or disrupt other systems.
• Don't resell access to your instance without written agreement.
• Don't store content you have no legal right to store.

availability

We operate the service with care but do not promise a specific uptime figure. When something breaks, we post what happened and fix it.

liability

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, lastbase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Keep your own backups of anything that matters.

changes

If these terms change materially, we will notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
