We collect the minimum needed to run a paid database service: your account email, a password hash, your subscription record, and the data you store in your own lastbase instance.
your data
Everything you store in your lastbase instance is yours. We don't read it, mine it, train on it, share it, or sell it. Backups exist so we can restore your instance after a failure. When you cancel, your instance and its backups are deleted.
what we log
- Account email and authentication events.
- Billing records processed by our payment provider.
- Operational metrics needed to keep instances healthy.
We don't run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
We email you about your account: receipts, security notices, and service incidents. Nothing else. No newsletters unless you ask.
